Educational Qualification

HRRL Notification 2025 as follows Qualification Details.

Junior Executive – Chemical Educational Qualification:

  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (Fertilizer) / Chemical Engineering (Plastic & Polymer) / Chemical Engineering (Sugar Technology) / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (Oil Technology) / Chemical Engineering (Polymer Tech) along with the smallest aggregate of 60% for all semesters for UR/OBC-NC and EWS candidates 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates_Tis the condition. Otherwise, he/she must have a B.Sc. degree including such subjects as chemistry (Polymer Chemistry/ Industrial Chemistry) with the requirement to obtain at least 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for PwBD/SC/ST candidates.
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering / Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (Fertilizer) / Chemical Engineering (Plastic & Polymer) / Chemical Engineering (Sugar Technology) / Refinery & Petrochemical Engineering / Chemical Engineering (Oil Technology) / Chemical Engineering (Polymer Tech) along with the smallest aggregate of 60% for all semesters for UR/OBC-NC and EWS candidates 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Or Bachelor of Science with Chemistry as the principal subject (Polymer Chemistry/Honors/Industrial Chemistry) with at least 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NC/EWS candidates and 50% for PwBD/SC/ST candidates. Minimum Work Experience: None

Engineer – Instrumentation Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Instrumentation, Electronics and Instrumentation, Instrumentation and Control, Instrumentation and Electronics, Instrumentation and Process Control, or Electronics and Telecommunication with at least a 60% average for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS applicants and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD participants. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years
  • 4 years regular full-time engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in the discipline of Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Instrumentation and Electronics, Instrumentation and Process Control or Electronics and Telecommunication with at least 60% aggregate in UR/OBC-NCL/EWS category and 50% in SC/ST/PwBD category. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years

Engineer – Electrical Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years regular full-time engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in the Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or its equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate across all semesters for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years
  • 4 years regular full-time engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or equivalent which shall be the upside and wherein the candidate should have secured at least 60% aggregate across all semesters for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates for his category. S/he should not have more than one back log and no history of academic discipline or criminal offense.

Officer – Information Systems Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering or Information Security with a minimum of 60% aggregate in UR/OBC-NCL/EWS category and 50% in SC/ST/PwBD category. A 3-year full-time MCA or MCS with a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS category and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. A 2-year full-time MBA/MMS in Information Technology, Systems, or Computer Science with a 60% aggregate in UR/OBC-NCL/EWS category and 50% in SC/ST/PwBD category. Minimum Work Experience: 3 years
  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunication, Electronics & Telecommunications Engineering, or Information Security with at least 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.
  • Or a 3-year full-time MCA or Masters in Computer Science (MCS) with a minimum of 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates.Degree: MCA or MCS with 3 yrs of regular full-time duration with not less than 60% for UR/OBC – NCL/EWS and with up to 50% for SC/ST/PWD.
  • Or a 2-year full-time MBA/MMS with Information Technology, Systems, or Computer Science as a specialization, with a minimum of 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Job Responsibility:Liaise with the Finance team by directing them to the areas Bakri prefers capital investment be channeled if company data is in any way corrupted.

Senior Engineer – Process (Refinery) Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 6 years Job Responsibility:Conformance of Goods Movement to the quality requirements of the customer against invoicing documentation on test and measurement and writing out the reports by direct customer communication.
  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical Engineering with a minimum aggregate of 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 6 years

Senior Manager – Process (Refinery) Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Sr Manager – Process (Offsite & Planning) Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full time Regular Engineering Course (B.E./B.Tech) in the discipline of Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years
  • 4 years regular full-time engineering program (B.E./B.Tech) connected to the Chemical Engineering with at least 60% composite marks for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years

Sr Manager – Technical Planning (Refinery and Petrochemical) Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Petroleum Engineering with at least 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years

Senior Manager – Process Safety & Encon Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical, Petrochemical, or Petroleum Engineering with a minimum of 60% aggregate for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years

Section Manager – Quality Control (Refinery / Petrochemical) Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full-time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Chemical, Polymer Science, or Plastic Technology with a minimum of 60% for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS and 50% for SC/ST/PwBD. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years

Section Manager in Mechanical Department Educational Qualification:

  • 4 years full time regular engineering course (B.E./B.Tech) in Mechanical, Production (Mechanical & Production), or Production Engineering with 60% minimum for UR/OBC-NCL/EWS candidates and 50% minimum for SC/ST/PwBD candidates. Minimum Work Experience: 12 years

Section Manager in Instrumentation Department Educational Qualification:

  • A 4-year full-time engineering course at graduation level (B.E./B.Tech) in Instrumentation, Electronics & Instrumentation, Instrumentation & Control, Instrumentation and Electronics, Instrumentation and Process Control, or Electronics and Telecommunication, with at least 60% marks for UR/OBC-NCl/EWS and 50% marks for SC/ST/PwBD.
