- Packing Machine Worker – Food Processing
Job Roles:-
- Monitoring the pouch temperature is always below4°C
- Monitoring the proper CIP for all packing machines
- Monitoring the packing operations and ensure smooth and leak-free pouches are filled
- To maintain targeted yield per kg of poly film
- Cleaning of all the machine in the parking area and keep dry condition, overflowing of water/ milk should not be there.
- Ensure leak-free pouches are produced.
- Ensure all the counters are in operation, and regular daily maintenance to be carried out without any omission for all packing machines.
- The machine logbook details should be entered in the respective shifts.
- Ensure rational use of consumables to ensure effective leak-free packing
- Ensure packing as per the order requirement and avoid excess packing which leads to cutting
