Other Qualification Details: 1. Job Profile: Circle Sales Head

2 .Qualification: Graduate. Post Graduate will be Preferred

3. Experience: Candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience in heading sales functions, leading large teams & managing large areas/geographies. Experience in payment acceptance will be given preference.

4. Skills: A high level of commitment and self-motivation Good leadership qualities Proven work experience in managing large teams and geographies. Ability to understand and analyze sales performance matrix Strong integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability

5. Job Role:

a. Should be capable of managing a large sales team at the state level and drive the sales of payments acceptance solutions of SBIPSPL. She/he will also focus on expansion and acquisition strategy within the state, improve customer satisfaction and provide Leadership Directions to the sales team Drive the business through team of Zonal Sales Managers / Sales Managers, identify the market for potential new avenues within the circle, and focus on achieving the Sales Targets in terms of revenue, volume, market share.

b. To lead the Sales and relationship teams at the circle, establish productive and professional workforce. To liaise with key Branch Managers/ SME/ Corporate lending, Government Business teams of SBI and with large corporates in the territory on a regular basis. Drive the e-Commerce Sales, through specific targets to the sales teams To execute the marketing and promotional campaign launched from time to time. Ensure adequate training of team to meet the requirements of the role and be able to handle market dynamics.

6. Location: Mumbai (Metro), Maharashtra (Mumbai), Ahmedabad, Guwahati, Patna, Lucknow, Bangalore, Chennai, Amaravathi, Thiruvananthapuram, Bhopal, Delhi, Jaipur, Chandigarh.

Age: Maximum Up to 45 years as on 1st April 2019
