HPCL Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have a B.E. or B.Tech degree in:
Civil Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Minimum marks required:
60% aggregate for UR and OBC-NC
50% aggregate for SC, ST, and PwBD
The degree must be completed on or before 1 April 2023.
Age Limit (As on 2 March 2026)
Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 25 years
Age relaxation:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC-NC: 3 years
PwBD: 10 years
Stipend
Selected candidates will receive Rs. 25,000 per month.
Rs. 20,500 will be paid by HPCL
Rs. 4,500 will be paid by the Government of India under the DBT scheme
