Eligibility Criteria
Education: Candidates from Batch of 2024 or 2025, 2026 with three year UG degree BCA, BSc, BA,BBA,BCom,Bvoc etc-
Educational Qualification: Past UG degree must be minimum with 60% (59.9 % also not considered sufficient, round off filled). Those with due arrears are ineligible to apply.
Required Other: Minimum 60% in each of the Xth, XIIth and UG
Roles and Responsibilities
Based on your domainof alignment, you will be doing a work in IT & Integrated Smart Operations, Multicloud or Digital Workplace Services fields. Below are some key responsibilities:
IT & Integrated Smart Operations:
- Conduct database queries, CRUD operations and write SQL stored procedures.
- Test preparation & execution, service ticket analysis & resolution
- Be highly competent working with IT Service Management and Data Analytics tools
- Explore and implement new ways to run their business.
Multicloud:
- Maintain and administer computing environments.
- Watch production servers and respond to incidents.
- Multitechnology support (Windows, Network, Cloud and Database)
- Contribute actively to knowledge sharing and ongoing enhancements of services.
Digital Workplace Services:
- Implement first-line technical support, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Document support tickets and keep them updated until they are solved
- Work with other IT teams toward addressing complex challenges.
