RailTel RCIL Apprenticeship Recruitment 2026: RailTel Corporation of India Ltd (RCIL) has released the official notification for Apprenticeship Training 2026 to fill 40 vacancies for Graduate Engineers and Diploma Engineers under the Apprentices Act, 1961. The apprenticeship is open in fields of Electronics & Telecommunication, Computer Science, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, across Corporate Office New Delhi/Gurgaon and Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Regional locations pan-India.

             Interested and eligible Indian nationals can apply online through the NATS 2.0 portal (https://nats.education.gov.in) up to 27th August 2026. The apprenticeship is for a duration of 1 year, carrying a monthly stipend of ₹14,000 for Graduate Engineers and ₹12,000 for Diploma Engineers, shared between RailTel and the Government of India (DBT).

  • Qualification obtained through distance/part-time learning is NOT eligible

  1. Visit the NATS 2.0 portal: https://nats.education.gov.in
  2. Register on the portal if not already registered
  3. Follow the process outlined in the NATS Apprentice Student Manual
  4. Fill the online application form with required details
  5. Upload certificate showing CGPA or percentage in the “Upload Certificate” column
  6. If only CGPA is mentioned, upload CGPA-to-percentage conversion certificate along with the signed Undertaking (Annexure 1) as a single PDF file (less than 1 MB)
  7. Submit the application before the last date
  8. Await merit list/shortlisting communication
