Educational Qualification

• General Manager – Production:

  • Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Technology, or Pulp and Paper Technology.

  • OR Full-time Arts/Science Degree with a First Class Full-time Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology.

• Deputy General Manager (Cement Marketing):

  • Full-time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

  • OR Full-time Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

• Assistant General Manager (Marketing – Paper):

  • Full-time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

  • OR Full-time Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with First Class MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

• Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing):

  • Full-time Engineering Degree with First Class MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

  • OR Full-time Degree in Arts/Science/Commerce with MBA (Marketing) or PG Diploma in Marketing Management.

• Assistant Manager (Laboratory):

  • Full-time B.Sc. Degree with First Class 2 years M.Sc. (Chemistry) or Full-time B.E/B.Tech in Pulp and Paper Technology.

• General Manager: Minimum 49 years, Maximum 55 years

Salary Details:

• General Manager – Production: ₹102,500 – ₹214,790

• Deputy General Manager: ₹86,600 – ₹181,500

• Assistant General Manager: ₹70,100 – ₹146,960

• Assistant Manager (Cement Marketing): ₹31,100 – ₹65,350

• Assistant Manager (Laboratory): ₹31,100 – ₹65,350
