Admission to MBA and MCA courses in Tamil Nadu is done through a centralized counselling process conducted by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE). The first step is to qualify for the TANCET exam, which is a state-level entrance exam for MBA and MCA admissions in Tamil Nadu. The TANCET exam is Organized by Anna University.
After qualifying for the TANCET exam, candidates need to register for the DTE counselling process. The counselling process is conducted online. During the counseling process, candidates will be allotted seats in various colleges based on their TANCET score and the preference they have given for the colleges.
