1.	Research Associate	M.Phil/Ph.D. in Social Sciences Skill Sets : 1. Knowledge in Quantitative Research Methodology and Analytics 2. Project Management and coordination with multiple stakeholders 3. Database Management 4. High-quality analytical writing skills for reporting.
2.	Position Research Assistant	Masters in Social Sciences (Preferably MPhil/Ph.D. Scholars) Skill Sets : 1. Knowledge in Quantitative Research Methods and Analytics 2. Familiar with Leather Industry in India 3. Expertise in STATA/SPSS Software packages for Data Analytics 4. Familiarity with large Secondary Data pertaining to Industries (ASI/ NSSO/ PLFS/ Economic Census) 5. Analytical reporting skills
