• Troubleshoot product and service issues

• Resolve tickets using IT tools and processes

• Maintain professional communication and service quality

Mandatory Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Prior chat support experience

• Good typing skills

• Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment (including night shifts & weekends)

• B2 Level proficiency (validated via Versant/Talview or Trainer Communication Assessment)

Good to Have:

• Experience in Technical/Infra/Service Desk projects (6+ months preferred)

• Product troubleshooting and ticket handling experience

• Familiarity with Ticketing tools & ITIL concepts
