Educational Qualification:
1. Associate member / Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
2. Graduate with Commerce / Maths / Accountancy Background.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in corporate Affairs in Public Sector undertakings/ other Companies.
Age Limit:

Pay Scale Details:
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100+Grade Pay 5400. (Pre-revised)
