A Master’s degree such as M.F.Sc. in Fisheries, Aquaculture, M.Sc. Zoology, Marine Sciences, Marine Biology, Fisheries Economics, Industrial Fisheries, Fisheries Business Management, M.Sc. Agriculture or allied disciplines from a recognized university, along with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
The experience should be related to fisheries production techniques, technology interventions, marketing of fish seed, or working with FFPOs, FPOs, fisheries cooperatives, similar institutions or private-sector organizations involved in fisheries and aquaculture.

Graduate qualification:
B.F.Sc. in Fisheries, Aquaculture, B.Sc. Zoology, Marine Sciences, Marine Biology, Fisheries Economics, Industrial Fisheries, Fisheries Business Management, B.Sc. Agriculture or allied disciplines from a recognized university, along with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

2. Value Chain

3. Social Mobilization
Candidates should possess either:
- Postgraduate qualification in Social Work (MSW), Master of Social Science, Master’s in Rural Studies, MBA Rural Management or PG Diploma in Rural Development, with 3 years of relevant experience.

- Graduate qualification in Social Work (BSW), Bachelor of Social Science, Bachelor of Rural Studies or BA Rural Development, with 5 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience includes mobilizing farmers, conducting field demonstrations and organizing village-level meetings.

4. Information Technology / MIS
Candidates should possess either:
- MCA, M.Tech in Computer Science or Master’s in IT with 3 years of relevant experience, or

Experience should include IT-related assignments, MIS development, software development or similar work.
