POWERGRID Recruitment 2025: Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has released a notification for the recruitment of Field Engineer and Field Supervisor posts. A total of 1,543 vacancies are available across various disciplines including Electrical, Civil, and Electronics & Communication.

Eligible candidates can apply online from 27th August 2025 to 17th September 2025. Applications submitted through any other mode will not be accepted.

Eligibility Criteria for POWERGRID Recruitment 2025

Educational Qualification

• Field Engineer: Full-time B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engg.) in Electrical / Civil or equivalent discipline from a recognized University/Institute with minimum 55% marks.

• Field Supervisor: Full-time Diploma in Electrical / Civil / Electronics & Communication or equivalent discipline from a recognized Technical Board/Institute with minimum 55% marks.

Age Limit (as on 17.09.2025)

• Maximum Age Limit: 29 years

• Age relaxation applicable as per government rules.

Salary Details

For Field Engineers (excluding RDSS project):

• Pay Scale: ₹30,000 – 3% – 1,20,000/-

• Initial Basic Pay: ₹30,000/- + IDA + HRA + Perks @ 35% of Basic Pay

• Approx. Annual CTC: ₹8.9 Lakhs

For Field Supervisors (excluding RDSS project):

• Pay Scale: ₹23,000 – 3% – 1,05,000/-

• Approx. Annual CTC: ₹6.8 Lakhs
