Expectations of Knowledge, Skills, Attitude: a) High Proficiency in English communication – Oral & Written b) Capability to take initiatives in outreach activities evidenced in sourcing new relevant companies for internships and placement to the existing database of employers c) Ability to coordinate with organizations and integrate multiple stakeholders (students, employers), continuous follow-ups with companies d) Systematic documentation of activities, preparation of Placement brochures, maintaining spreadsheets with updated information f) Involvement in department-level activities (as and when required) g) Willingness to travel within India |
