The Written Examination contains 25 objective-type questions for 25 marks and has a duration of 60 minutes. The minimum qualifying mark is 10.
The Skill Test carries 25 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 10. It covers scanning and OCR conversion, PDF-to-OCR conversion, LibreOffice, local area network/IP configuration, hardware troubleshooting and driver installation.
Qualified candidates will be shortlisted for Viva Voce in a 1:3 ratio based on merit. Viva Voce carries 50 marks, with a minimum qualifying mark of 20.
Final selection will be based on the combined marks secured in the Written-cum-Skill Test and Viva Voce. In case two or more candidates obtain equal marks, the older candidate will be placed higher in the merit list.
