1.	Center for Applied Geology	Essential : 1. M.Sc. Applied Geology and Geometrics (with 55% marks and 50% for SC/ST) 2. NET/SET/Ph.D. Specialization: Costal Disaster/Climate Change through Geospatial Technology. Knowledge in handling the following are essential: 1. Geological Software 2. Satellite Data Based Digital Image Processing 3. Geographic Information system 4. Global Positioning System 5. Total Station Application Others need not attend.
2.	School of Agriculture and Animal Sciences	1. Plant Breeding and Genetics : A Master’s Degree in Plant Breeding and Genetics / Seed Science Technology from recognized University with not less than 55% of marks (50% for SC and ST or equivalent OGPA). Candidates rnust have cleared the ICAR-NET/Ph.D. 2. Horticulture : A Master’s Degree in Horticulture from recognized University with not less than 55,0 of mar. (50% for SC and ST or equivalent OGPA). Candidates must have cleared the ICAR-NET/Ph.D. 3. Agronomy : A Master’s Degree in Agronomy from recognized University with not less than 55% of mar. (50% for SC and ST or equivalent OGPA). Candidates must have cleared the ICAR-NET/Ph.D.
3.	School of English and Foreign Languages	1. M.A. French with 55% marks. 2. NET/SET in French.
